Claire and Aaron

I’m thrilled to share with you Claire and Aaron’s Fall Lalumondiere wedding here just outside of St. Louis. You may recognize them from their engagement session, and it was right then and there that I fell in love with this couple!

Claire and Aaron met while traveling the world at Semester At Sea. I almost convinced my parents to let me enroll, what a small world! I just love that they saw the world together when it all started. When they got home, Claire transferred to Colorado. They were together. It was easy as that.

Claire is the type of person that makes everyone feel special when she is around them. When she sees goodness in you, she tells you. She is beautiful, charismatic, and hilarious. I basically want to be her best friend in all seriousness. I’m sure everyone feels that way after meeting her. And Aaron is just as awesome. He is kind, passionate, and fun. He treats Claire like a queen. They are best friends and lovers all in one. It’s precious to witness.

Some of my favorite things about this fall Lalumondiere wedding (beside Claire and Aaron of course):

• It was a tad rainy. Not to worry, though. It made for some romantic and gorgeous images.
• Claire’s bridesmaids made her a book filled with letters for her. *cue tears*
• I was able to work alongside some of my favorite wedding vendors in St. Louis. At the end of the blog, see who all made this day happen!
• Mission Taco for dinner. Need I say more than a taco bar?
• One of the most emotional speeches I’ve ever witnessed. Claire’s dad passed away years ago. Her brother got up and gave a speech, explaining that he wished he could be there to give it. However, he didn’t have to do it alone because his dad started writing his wedding speech before he passed. He went on to read parts of the letter he found in his things, talking about the day she was born and wedding advice he wanted to pass down. It was absolutely beautiful.
• The dance party that commenced, of course.
