When I became a mom for the first time, I realized all the cliches are cliches because they are true. It does go quick. They are only so little for so long, especially as fresh newborns. One moment they are snuggled up on your chest, and the next they are running around you in circles.

Most of my families book their newborn session in their second or third trimester. I only take a number of "due dates" a month to ensure I can get your session in my schedule once you are ready.
However, please still reach out if your baby is already here and you decided you do want newborn photos.
Once your baby has made their arrival, you'll simply let me know and we will pick a date that works for us all. When we book the newborn session is really up to you and how well you feel postpartum. Some parents feel ready 7-10 days postpartum, and some rather wait a month. Truly, the ball is in your court.

Photos are taken in the comfort of your home. Please trust me that you don't need a "Pinterest" home to get good photographs. If you don't feel comfortable taking photos in your home, I do know of studios in the area available for rental.
