Hannah and Phillip

Filed in Wedding  /  August 28, 2020 /

What a journey Hannah and Phillip had been on to get to their Oliva on the Hill wedding. When I first spoke with them last year, their plans looked much different for their wedding, even including a different venue. They downsized and pivoted, all while handling a pandemic all with such grace.

As Hannah put it to me, “if the world is going down, this is who I’m going down with.”

Throughout the day, I felt everyone’s gratefulness that they could be there to celebrate Hannah and Phillip. And I could feel the relief from them. I’m sure there were a few tears along the way and so much that tried to detour them, but they did it!

Hannah and Phillip’s Oliva on the Hill wedding was intimate, including their closest family and friends. They held an outdoor ceremony, which led to a warm and delicious dinner at Oliva. I hadn’t heard such amazing speeches one after another like that. The room was full of happy tears.

Hannah and Phillip are one of those couples that makes everyone feel like a friend. They are both wonderful people, and I’m so lucky to have shared in such a special moment with them.
